We are a 141-unit apartment complex located in the foothills of Boulder, Colorado.  We are 1 block south of the CU campus.  Easy access to campus by bike, foot or bus.

We have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments which are designed for 2, 3 or 4 people. We have an outdoor pool in the courtyard and a laundry room on the first floor.  We do not allow pets.

Each apartment is fully furnished with a sofa, love seat, coffee table, end tables, lamps, entertainment center, kitchen table and chairs.  The kitchen comes with a microwave, in addition to the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.  Each bedroom comes with a twin-size bed, a desk, dresser, lamp and a chair.

Included in your rent is heat, water, trash, sewer, and expanded basic cable. Off-street permit parking is also available and included in the rent

Tenants are responsible for electricity, telephone and high-speed Internet

                               1 bedroom.........$720 - $750 per month

                               2 bedroom.........$850 - $930 per month

                               3 bedroom.........$1200 - $1400 per month

                        Summer (3 month), Fall (9 month) and 12 month

                                         leases are available

There is a deposit of $500 to reserve an apartment.

  Our office is located at 505 27th Way #118.  We are open Monday through Friday 11am to 5pm.  During leasing season, we are also open on Saturday 12pm-2pm
